Last Saturday was a beautiful day for a wedding. We started with the girls getting ready at the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash. When I walked in and saw the dress I was so excited to start photographing all the wonderful details. The flowers were so vibrant against the bridesmaids’ pink dresses. My favorite part of the ceremony was watching the ring exchange – Lindsay was beaming! After a few formals with the family and couple we headed to their fun reception at R.S.V.P. at Wards Corner. The toasts were full of emotion and the father-daughter dance was touching. Lindsay and Steven we wish you two all the very best! We hope you are enjoying your honeymoon!

Earlier this week I met up with Abby and Tim for their engagement session. They live close to Union Centre so we did photos outside of the new library and The Square. It was great to see them again and we had a nice time together. I love how we found purple flowers to compliment their wardrobe. Plus we had a red balloon for a prop! Toward the end of the session I spotted the perfect road with the golden sunlight hitting it and no traffic. Of course it always happens, as soon as they sat down a car came. I can assure you that nobody was hurt in the making of these photos! Abby and Tim, thanks for making your session so much fun. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer evening!

 
Sometimes the best location for an engagement session is a couple’s favorite park. I love that Brittany and Jerrod shared Harbin Park with me in Fairfield. It was great to catch up with them and to hear about all of the wedding plans they have for next year. We started the session by exploring around the park and then ended by the overlook. This couple loves to laugh and have fun together. I can’t wait for their March wedding!
