We lucked out with gorgeous weather for Katrina and Chris’ engagement session. The temperature was just right and the flowers in the park made for a beautiful backdrop. The couple picked Ault Park because they were engaged here! They even stood right in the same spot for a few photos. These two were so much fun to run around the park with that we couldn’t help but get great photos of them! Happy two year anniversary today you two! We can’t wait to photograph your wedding this December!

One of the things that I love is seeing our photos displayed in our couple’s homes! The photos always look amazing when they are well displayed. This photo is one of my favorites from their engagement session. I just love how they are in front of the Sugar House at the Cincinnati Nature Center and almost kissing. How fun! And before I took it to their home, I had to get a photo of it with my blue wall. It looked so great I wanted to keep it but I know they will enjoy having it in their home!

Ann Marie and Erik live in Chicago and will be getting married this September. So it was fun to meet them in person for the very first time for their fun urban engagement session. We have talked a lot on the phone and through email but it was so nice to get to know them more. I loved using Cincinnati as a fun background. And all of the photos were taken in a 1-2 block radius – there just were so many neat things everywhere we turned. The weather worked out great. It rained for a little bit before the session but than the sun came back out and the temperatures weren’t so bad. And who doesn’t love puddles? They offer a great reflection. Ann Marie and Erik – thanks for being so much fun! We can’t wait for your wedding.
