Meet little Sanaa!

Sanaa is 19 months old and super adorable! Don’t you just love her purple flower dress and matching shoes? We photographed her parents wedding in 2007. It’s always so nice to see our couples again and we love catching up. They have the cutest little family. Eden Park is actually where we photographed Nyota and Tajuan after their wedding so it was great that they could share these new memories with their daughter.

A Morning with Connor

Meet Connor – a very active one year old! Sunday we had fun playing in Friendship Park together with his mom and dad. His little toothy smile just makes my heart melt! He is super social and loved watching the runners go by. Climbing is his favorite thing, so he loved the curved bench and the little rock! Aren’t they the cutest family! Connor – thank you for making your session super fun and for the hugs!

Meet Baby Marley!

Baby Marley is the beautiful little girl of Katie and Matt (we photographed their wedding back in 2007 – hard to believe it’s been that long– here’s a link). She is such a cutie and was so much fun to photograph. After a quick meal she was fast asleep! I love her tiny little toes and hands. It was amazing to see how Katie and Matt have already become amazing parents so quickly! Congratulations Katie and Matt on your beautiful family!

Katrina and Chris, an Ault Park summer engagement session

We lucked out with gorgeous weather for Katrina and Chris’ engagement session. The temperature was just right and the flowers in the park made for a beautiful backdrop. The couple picked Ault Park because they were engaged here! They even stood right in the same spot for a few photos. These two were so much fun to run around the park with that we couldn’t help but get great photos of them! Happy two year anniversary today you two! We can’t wait to photograph your wedding this December!

Welcome Kehlen and Zach

I want to give a big welcome to our newest couple Kehlen and Zach! We are very excited to photograph their wedding in June. Their wedding will be at St. Johns United Church of Christ with a reception following at Moraine Country Club. Both are in Dayton, Ohio. Their fall engagement session is going to be a ton of fun!

Summer’s Fashion Forward Session

One of the fun things about my job as a photographer is coming up with fun locations and props for different shoots. I love how they can turn a classic photo shoot into something super fun. In this case Summer wore her wedding dress with her black chucks. So I asked her to bring some black balloons and we also grabbed a few other things. For the locations, we used the local laundry mat, the coffee house where Summer and her hubby had their first date and just out around those areas. At the coffee house we found the book A Dangerous Woman and since Summer is a writer – how cool is that? Is she dangerous? You may remember Summer from last year’s Retro Fun session. Who says you only wear your wedding dress once! It’s to fun not to wear it again!

Kris’ and Andy’s Engagement Canvas

One of the things that I love is seeing our photos displayed in our couple’s homes! The photos always look amazing when they are well displayed. This photo is one of my favorites from their engagement session. I just love how they are in front of the Sugar House at the Cincinnati Nature Center and almost kissing. How fun! And before I took it to their home, I had to get a photo of it with my blue wall. It looked so great I wanted to keep it but I know they will enjoy having it in their home!

Welcome Heather and Rich

I want to give a big welcome to our newest couple Heather and Rich! We are very excited to photograph their wedding this November. Their Xenia wedding will be at The Collier Chapel followed by their reception at the Schindler Banquet Center. We can’t wait to photograph their engagement session this fall.
