One of my favorite things about Cincinnati is the Butterfly Show! The colors, the butterflies, the theme – it all is a feast for the eyes. The Krohn Conservatory is one of my favorite places for photos. The orchid room is a great place to try out new lens and always inspires!

When I think of a relaxing place I think of Kauai! We went there for our honeymoon and fell madly in love with Hawaii. From the laid back island time to the beautiful sunsets it is truly a magical place. I love hearing about so many of our couples honeymooning in Hawaii because I want to go back! This was one of our favorite beaches, Ke’e Beach – where we swam with sea turtles.

These photos were taken while Ben and I vacationed in Hawaii. As you can imagine we took tons of photos and were inspired by the beautiful flowers and landscape that make Kauai and Maui famous. When I came back I used a layering technique to bring these two separate images together. Enjoy!
