Saturday was a beautiful day for a wedding. Brittany and Will are always so much fun together and I couldn’t wait to see their all star cast of wedding professionals in action. Their ceremony at St. Gertrude ended with the biggest smiles on their faces as they marched back down the aisle together. Right after the ceremony, as the guests were clearing, we took a few minutes to photograph the couple just outside of the church. I loved how happy and excited they were to be officially married! After a few formal photos at the church we headed to The Oasis in Loveland for some fun photos and their reception. One of my favorite moments was when Brittany kicked off her shoes and enjoyed walking hand in hand barefoot! Their fun reception began with announcements and the first dance. Next came lots of great dancing and mingling. Just before we left for the evening we took the couple out on the patio for a few sunset photos. What a wonderful way to end the beautiful day! Brittany and Will – we wish you two all the very best! Thank you for making your wedding day so much fun! And to their wedding professionals – thank you for everything! The day was amazing and couldn’t have gone any smoother! Your behind the scenes work did not go unnoticed!

My favorite part of this styled photo shoot was how easy it was to create a gorgeous wedding with killer details on a budget! We asked every vendor to show off their talents. The Wingate by Wyndham in West Chester is a wonderful venue. I had no idea that they actually have reception menus starting at amazing prices with no added room cost for the reception. Plus their hotel has great rooms for guests.
Our first stop after walking through the venue and dreaming was to pick the wedding dress! You wouldn’t believe the inexpensive price tag on this unique designer dress. At the venue we used the provided white linens and napkins and added an organza overlay. For floral we had a unique tall statement piece for the escort card table and we borrowed the glass table top. We also used mirrors on the guest tables along with candles to provide warmth to the room, because one thing that can make a big difference in a room is lighting. Having drapery to frame the head table made me swoon! And we didn’t forget the details – the custom stationery was inspired by the wedding dress and each piece had just the right amount of sparkle. The custom "cake pop" cake was so much fun and unique!
